went in on my lunch (Monday 1215PM) 4 people in front of me girl right in front of me said she ordered on line (there is a big sign In a Hurry? Use our app it will be ready when you get here!) girl told her they cancelled all o n line orders because they are short help! Really? waited until 1250pm for my chicken salad sandwich and finally cancelled - horrible service girl kept saying she was the only one that knew what she was doing and had to show everybody else - really? Where is the owner - if people call in sick the owner needs to be right there working on people's lunches - saw 3 people walk out and one lady had to take hers to the doctor's appointment because they took so long poor management poor customer service don';t know how to give 1/2 star
