Under no circumstances would I suggest anyone to work here if you have any other options. If you work for a temp agency and they offer you a position at this company, decline this job.

MRC Solutions is a business that does work for AT&T. They hire people for lower end jobs through temp agencies when they don't want to pay in full or have full time employees. At first you'll find the job and people there to be very nice, although the work is mind numbing. You'll also find the hours are very short but the pay is at least decent so it kinda makes up for it if you're not looking for much.

The original contract is a month long, however the owner will continue to extend it til you are considered disposable. After the first few weeks you'll start to hear the typical office gossip, which is generally people just being catty about each other. Unfortunately I discovered most of this gossip to be true as the weeks went on.

After working at this company for 3 full months, I was informed one morning they'd no longer need me. At first I was fine with this, til the owner decided to explain why I was no longer needed in a public area instead of being professional about it. Now I won't go into detail because that information isn't really necessary however I will say, the owner will intentionally involve the temp agency you are working for to terminate your contract, which prevents you from getting work through that temp agency in the future.

This confirmed some rumors that I had been hearing through the office gossip. The owner, once they have found you to be disposable [more specifically, once you've been there too long] will fire you, and influence the temp agency you work for to fire you as well with false information. This information could be a number of things, but regardless of how true or untrue it may sound, the agency will always side with the company.

If you do decide to work for this company at any point in time in the future, or are currently looking up information about it [which is difficult to find to say the least] please consider what I have published here. If you've ever been in a situation [or know someone that has] where you've been let go/fired over inaccurate/false information, then you'll understand this situation completely and know to stay clear.
