My friend registered his son in this school thinking that it would be a serious experience for his son. As the time went by, what I experienced is that how much money you contribute as well as how many children you have in the school for the child(en) to progress instead of how the child(en) performed and learned to progress to the next belt. It was pitiful to watch some of the higher grades children performing with poor physical strength and endurance looking more like fish out of the water and without the necessary discipline of a martial arts performer. Their tournament was a real joke! The improvisations of circus acts by parents and applauded by the public was a shame as I would have expected to see the discipline that comes with real and good martial arts teaching. I would like to suggest to those parents that are really interested in their children progress on martial arts to find a genuine and internationally recognised school where their children can excel themselves. As a holiday guest at my friends and attending a European martial arts club myself I can assure you that the above is true.
