I had a package returned here, one of the store associates left me a voicemail to come pick it up. A few days later, I came to get it, and the same gentleman that called me was there. I asked for my package, and he proceeded to tell me not only did he not leave a voicemail, but there was no package for anyone with my name there. He then went right back to fiddling around on the computer. I put my phone on speaker and played the voicemail. Suddenly, he looks up, turns around, and grabs my package, RIGHT BEHIND HIM. He hands me the package with no apology. I completely understand forgetting things. What I don’t understand is how he so casually dismissed me without even attempting to look for my package.
